Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging cannot be counted. Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.All returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Products covered by the guarantee should be handled with care. If the products arrive with visible defects, please take pictures of them and send them to us. We will contact you to sort out all the details.

Standard delivery within Sweden usually takes 1-7 working days. Orders within Europe usually take 5-14 days. If you are outside Europe, please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
