For whom and what does the policy apply to?

This Privacy Policy applies to all customers and visitors to Wesomnia's website and regulates how Wesomnia collects and processes personal data in order to deliver our products. Personal data consists of all information that can be directly, or indirectly together with other data, linked to a living natural person. Processing of personal data includes every action taken with the personal data.

Wesomnia AB (org. no. 556535-1722) is the personal data controller for the processing that takes place regarding your personal data and is responsible for such processing taking place in accordance with applicable legislation.

4.1 Wesomnia always processes your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. Our main basis for processing your personal data is that it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you regarding the use of our services and the purchase of our products.

It may happen that the same personal data is processed both on the basis of fulfilling an agreement, specifically on the basis of consent or on the basis that the data is necessary to fulfill other legal obligations. This means that even if you withdraw your consent and the processing based on consent ceases, the personal data may still remain with us for other purposes. In essence, however, we only process your data to fulfill an agreement to which you are a party.

For what purposes are personal data processed?

The personal data about you that is collected in connection with your use of our services will be processed by Wesomnia, or our partners, for the following purposes:

  • In order for us to be able to communicate with you, for example to enable customer care and customer service, when contacting you via phone and email and through our social media accounts.
  • For marketing purposes, including for marketing via e-mail, from which you can of course unsubscribe via a link in each separate mailing.
  • To process any payments, complaints and returns.

How long do we store personal data?

Your personal data is only saved for the period that there is a need to save it to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Wesomnia may save the data longer if necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements.

Wesomnia saves data about you as a user for a maximum of 12 months after you last ordered one of our products or otherwise interacted with our services.

Our measures to protect your personal data

We at Wesomnia work continuously to ensure that we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against, among other things, loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

When do we share personal data?

Wesomnia will not sell, disclose or distribute personal data to third parties, with the exception of what is stated in this Privacy Policy. Personal data may be passed on to, for example, subcontractors and partners, if it is necessary for the performance and provision of our products or services.

Furthermore, we may disclose personal data if we are obliged to do so according to the applicable law, court order or if such disclosure is otherwise necessary to participate in a legal investigation.

Your rights

Wesomnia is responsible for your personal data being processed in accordance with current legislation.

Wesomnia will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, delete or supplement information that is found to be incorrect, incomplete or otherwise misleading.
You have the right to request a register extract of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data.

You have the right to correct your personal data. At your request, we will correct the incorrect or incomplete data we process about you as quickly as possible.

You have the right to the deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, there may be legal requirements that we may not immediately delete your personal data in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then end the processing that is done for purposes other than complying with the legislation.

If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to such processing by either unsubscribing directly in each specific e-mail, or alternatively sending an e-mail to Once we have received your objection, we will stop processing the personal data for such marketing purposes.
