Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the entire Wesomnia range. The days of the right of withdrawal start counting from the day you received/redeemed the item. If you regret the purchase, you are responsible for the costs of return and handling. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Requests to make a return are made to info@wesomnia.com. If you cancel your purchase before the delivery has left our warehouse, there is a limited opportunity to stop the delivery, as many steps in our order processing are done automatically.

When exchanging a product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The entire order is credited when the return arrives at our warehouse. A new order needs to be created for the desired product. The product must be unused for exchange to be approved.

Complaints

In case of complaints, regardless of type, Wesomnia AB must always be contacted at info@wesomnia.com. Returns are sent again to; Wesomnia AB c/o BELWRK, Sorterargatan 35, 162 12 Vällingby. In case of complaint, free return.

Damage to goods

If a product is damaged upon delivery/receipt, the customer must contact Wesomnia immediately and do not unpack the product if the packaging is damaged. The customer is responsible for damages that occur during a possible return shipment if the customer himself chose to return a product because, for example, regretted his purchase.

Untriggered orders

For all unredeemed packages, Wesomnia AB charges the customer SEK 199 in fee (in addition to the return/handling cost), larger deliveries can be charged with a higher amount. The fee corresponds to the actual costs of return shipping, handling and handling.

Guarantee

Wesomnia sells Wesomnia weighted blankets with a 1-year warranty. Save the invoice or receipt for possible future use of warranty and complaint rights. Warranty cases are preferably registered via the customer portal's form.

Refunds

Ev. refunds are made directly back to your credit card. If you have paid in another way, your money is transferred to your bank account, personal account or bank giro account in a third party via refund notice. The refund normally takes place within 10 working days from when we have received and approved your return.

Age limit

To shop with us at Wesomnia AB, you must be 18 years old.
