Payment options

Klarna’s payment options are used. Invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment via bank. Untriggered shipments will be charged! Cost SEK 199 Prices: Wesomnia AB reports prices including VAT at 25%.

Handling / invoice fee

Orders can be charged a handling fee. The amount depends on which payment method is used and is stated in connection with the checkout, before the purchase is completed.

Damage to goods

If a product is damaged during delivery / receipt, the customer must immediately contact Wesomnia and not unpack the product if the packaging is damaged. The customer is responsible for damages that occur in the event of a return shipping if the customer himself has chosen to return a product because, for example. regretted their purchase.

Untriggered orders

För alla outlösta paket debiterar Wesomnia AB kunden 199 kronor i avgift (utöver retur-/hanteringskostnad), större leveranser kan debiteras med högre belopp. Avgiften motsvarar de faktiska kostnaderna för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hantering.

Warranty

Wesomnia sells Wesomnia weight blankets with a 1-year warranty. Save an invoice or receipt for any future use of warranty and complaint rights. Warranty cases are advantageously registered via the customer portal’s form.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the entire Wesomnia range. The days of the right of withdrawal begin to count from the day when you received / redeemed the item. If you regret the purchase, you are responsible for costs for return and handling. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Requests to make a return are made to info@wesomnia.com. If you regret your purchase before the delivery has left our warehouse, there is a limited opportunity to stop the delivery, as many steps in our order processing take place automatically.

Swap

When changing product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The entire order is credited when the return arrives at our warehouse. A new order needs to be created for the desired product. The product must be unused for the replacement to be approved.

Reclaim

id complaints, regardless of type, Wesomnia AB must always be contacted, at info@wesomnia.com. Returns are sent back to; Wesomnia AB c / o BELWRK, Sorterargatan 35, 162 12 Vällingby. In case of complaint, free return.

Refunds

Ev. Refunds are made directly back to your credit card. If you have paid in another way, your money will be transferred to your bank account, personal account or bank giro account in the third place via a refund notice. The refund is normally made within 10 working days from the time we have received and approved your return.

Age limit

To shop with us at Wesomnia AB, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Force majeure

Wesomnia AB is exempt from sanction for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster.
